Everyone in Quahog begins to de-age, with the threat of Stewie disappearing entirely if they can’t fix the timeline. Brian and Stewie embark on a race against time to repair the time machine before it’s too late. The creative twist on time-travel stories makes the episode stand out as one of the series most imaginative and entertaining episodes.

5. “Meet the Quagmires”

Now into the Top 5, we have the episode “Meet the Quagmires” , with a score of 8.4. Peter gets the chance to travel back in time to relive his youth, thanks to Death granting him a wish. During his trip to the past, Peter makes a fateful decision that alters the future- he chooses to stay out late with his friends instead of going on a date with Lois. Only to discover when he returns to the present that Lois is now married to Quagmire. With the help of Brian, Peter travels back through the timeline to fix his mistake. The combination of nostalgia, sharp humour, and heartfelt moments, is what makes this such a standout episode.

4. “PTV”
